    I am super happy with my cat tree! My two cats absolutely love it. The jumped right on it as soon as I built it. It has a very sturdy structure and is an amazing value.

    The delivery was good but I understand we had a bad snow storm & BC Hwy roads were closed.

    Website is pretty good, though I would love more info on expected shipping times or what is next once order is placed. I received confirmation, but then no tracking number. The address given to Canpar didn’t include my Buzzer, so if I didn’t call Canpar I would have had to go elsewhere to pick up the package. But excellent customer service — only providing feedback to aid future customers. I really love the tree.

      I’m not sure why tracking email wasnt sent in this instance (maybe in your spam folder?). I know less than 2 days of transit is pretty good tho. I’ll check with Canpar why tracking infos didnt reached you. Thanks!

    Incredible. Just top notch. It is beautiful and our cat Junie B loves every corner. His new favourite game is us throwing a toy to the top level and him chasing and retrieving it. He bit the mice off pretty quickly, but that happens with all of his toys! I can easily fix at home. He does pull out fluff here and there, but it’s a good trade off for the luminous white blanketing. It looks great in our home and functions amazing, I was able to build it in 45 mins. 10/10 would recommend!

    I have two kittens and they love it. They spend most of their day playing and sleeping in it. The little birds that hang are a ton of fun for them.
